Welcome to the Parent's Advisory Council!
We meet every 3rd Tuesday of the month in the school's library for the evening meetings, Staff room for the morning meetings. Please see schedule below for more information.
WES PAC works with School Administration, School District 69 and the District Parent's Advisory Council (DPAC). The WES PAC is a volunteer organization and we appreciate any and all assistance we receive from parents and guardians. Please see Ways to Volunteer below.
Role of PAC
- Promote cooperation between home and school on matters such as activities and challenges.
- Enhancing and broadening the experience of our children's education.
- Advocate and support by promoting the ideas and interests of parents and children.
- Provide the Winchelsea community with family-fun events.
WES PAC -Donations
Donate your saved Campbell Soup Label's and drop them in the Bin at the School's office. By doing this you help support PAC to purchase prizes for events and equipment for the school. Thank you!
If you would like to make a donation for a prize to be given out at a movie night or Family Dance, please contact us by going to the CONTACT page.
PAC Meetings
Books, Board games, colouring and the courtyard are always available, we bring our kids!
Can't stay the entire meeting? That's OK! Show up and leave when you need to.
Too busy? So are we! The busiest people get the job done!
Can't commit every month? Neither can we, we're always happy to see you when we can!
Think your skills aren't useful? Neither did we! We still manage to raise funds, help the school and have fun at the same time!
